Hed make our dline better.Yea yea..the cards cut him,but the cards also cut pete kendall..nuff said.

I'd also like to give him a shot. He too young not to get a second chance.

I not sure why Green cut him, other than he hasn't lived up to 1st round status but the one thing I've noticed about ole coach Green is that if he didn't draft the guy, he's not going to give him a long leash.

I think Bryant has enough quickness that he could even take a shot at not only DT but some DE in 3-4 setups. That might be a stretch but either way I think he's young enough to bring in and just see if he's got any talent. Of course being that young Bryant may also think he deserves a good contract. I hope that's not what he's thinking. He did just get cut by Arizona and they're not exactly a stellar defense.

I haven't seen too much of Bryant. In fact, one could say that of recent times, I have gone out of my way NOT to watch Arizona football. However, from what I've heard, this guy has good size and strength, I guess measurables that would stack up in the 3-4....and I'm sure Coach is aware this guy is available....personally, I've been quite amazed with how many acquisitions we've had this off season. It's just been crazy, and considering we could still sign some more guys, I'm impressed with what Saban's done with our budget...

..Remember, it wasn't that long ago that we were staring down the barrel of an awful cap situation.

1. Darnell Dockett
2. Russell Davis
3. He was a first round pick, and he never broke the starting lineup.

I'd be willing to give him a shot, but he might have a hard time making this team too (especially if Shaw, Wright, and Vickerson keep improving).

Wendell Bryant won't play in the NFL this year. According to the Cardinals insider, Bryant was cut because he is looking at a 1 year suspension for violating the NFL drug policy. Last year he served a 4 game suspension for violating that policy. The radio station has labeled him the biggest bust in Cardinals history. That is a pretty high honor since the Cardinals have drafted some real losers in the top ten.

:yeahthat: I would like to work him out next year if he stays in shape. I think he has alot of talent, but never utilized it.

That is rough saying that about someone from the Cardinals.

That is a shame about him, he had the talent and if he just got someone to chew him out once in awhile he might have amounted to a pro-bowler. In this league I think it is 80% attitude and 20% skill.

Geez, we just traded away a DL that could have at least been in the rotation this year, particularly if we have injuries, so now you want us to go after another DL ?? We have Wright and Vickerson as developmental kids, with Carter, Chester, Zgonina, Holliday, Traylor, Shaw...do we really need more bodies at that position ??
