So i'm here trying to relax and enjoy my coffee this morning watching CNN and here is their spin on this. And I quote " Threatened to take part in the gang rape of his sister"

This is absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe it has gotten to this point. There were a bunch of guys acting like guys do and this is the outcome??

the original quote was "Im going to c____ in her c_____" how does it go from that to gang rape?? the story keeps evolving....

and lets be honest... no one here has ever had a friend with a hot sister that you teased him about sleeping with? or friends that tease you about your hot sister?

I've definitely teased close friends about having sex with a family member of theirs if they were attractive.... especially if it was a Mom or little sister lol

the only thing rapey in that sentence is "run train"... the rest just sounds like ordinary razzing to me... more along the lines of "im going to bang your hot sister" than "we are all going to gang rape a family member"

Martin's lawyers are genious. They can take quotes completely devoid of context, unattributed to anyone except for the vague "teammates" and the media will lap it up as gospel. As if Tannehill and Hartline tied Martin up in a closet and whispered these ****ed up things in his ear then drove off in a white van to go pick up his sister for a gang rape session...

The overblown nature of this story is absolutely mind-blowing...

It is beyond obvious that this is just regular trash talk that is NEVER taken seriously, but the media won't understand that, and treats this as if they are actual real threats. Absurd.

No not quite that far. Plenty of friends have liked my sister and cousins. But they never went as far as making a crazy comment like that, sure words like cute, sexy, nice, hot (over used) are fine and respectful in my world. But, only an enemy would use the strong terms used by which ever player made that statement. Those are fight to the death type terms my friend........but it depends on how you were raised and how sacred family is to you I suppose.

I don't think anyone will sign him. Maybe as a public relations move, but it really seems to me that this guy is not cut out to handle the physical and emotional burden of playing in the NFL. I've seen people say that SF might sign him, but I reaaaaalllllllly doubt that. Jim Harbaugh is a major league ******* and his team is probably the most alpha male styled in the entire NFL; I can't imagine he would want this blubbering manchild anywhere near his team of big-dick swingers.

Dude ought to be pursuing graduate work in Women's Comparative Gender Studies, not participating in a violent and brutish contact sport.

Even if you think Richie is an idiot who acted wrongly (I do), and even if you think that a lot of the stuff that goes on in NFL locker rooms is basically criminal (I do), this guy didn't even have the ****ing balls to stand up for himself with his own coaches and teammates.
