Coach and GM are on the clock.

I dont think spielman is on the clock whatsoever. I thik Spielman will be happy to keep his job and wave goodbye to Wanny this year.

I think Randy has loyalty to Jay seeing as he has been the only QB he's worked with. So I doubt he would come out and say, Yeah, AJ throws a lot better than Jay.

Just my opinion.

Anyways, I think this paragraph is what divides the fans right now:

Wannstedt expects Miami "will be better" against Cincinnati than it was against Tennessee simply by virtue of Gordon, who was acquired days before the game against the Titans, and Feeley getting extensive practice with the starting unit.

Half the people dont believe Feeley and Gordon are going to take us anywhere, and hald of us believe the statement above that Dave said, that with practice this team will gel and get better.

Me? I don't see how practice can NOT make things better. But that would mean I believe in Gordon and AJ at this point, right? I believe they have shown some promise, and at this points I'll take that.

Yea, I not only agree but hope so. I think Spielman has been one of our few brightpoints this offseason. I'd love to see him stay next year.

Spielman will be here. You don't give a GM 1 or 2 years then fire him. That's like saying a President is horrible after beingin office for 1-2 years. Little do people know that a presidency's ramifications usually are not seen as a whole until after he has already finished his 4 year term.

Bielieve the same myself. I shudder to think what players would be on the field right now if Wanny still had personel control. Lamar Smith and Tim Brown?

Spielmen just started, Dave is just ending. Let Spielmen stay a few years to see his players careers play out. If they fail, bye. If not, what else you got up that sleeve Rick?

Did anyone read this quote from the Sun Sentinel? Justifiably critical IMO.

"Jay Fiedler, obviously, was awful, and barring an injury to A.J. Feeley, that should be his final game taking the offense's first snap. And, for that matter, if this season goes into the toilet, Sage Rosenfels must be elevated to second team. If Fiedler does start, all things held equal, Rick Spielman must send Dave Wannstedt packing immediately. Yes, that is callous and perhaps hyperbolic, but Wannstedt has shown a career inability to evaluate an NFL quarterback."

One thing here regarding players preferences, they should keep there mouth shut becuase before you know it, feeley will be hurt and fiedler will be back in. that is nothing but future probs. The team cannot implode early or wanny is gone already and then we seriously could be looking at 1-15.

I have one comment on that statement quoted from Sun-Sent, in regards to elevating Sage to second string. Why bother? Sage isn't going to be back with us next year. He's a free agent and you can guarantee he's gonna get his a$$ outta Dodge.
