I know that all HC will tell you they will do this, they will do that, and they will succeed, but everytime I listen to Philbin, I get a feeling I have not felt since as far as Jimmy Johnson, and maybe closer to Shula. I get a feeling this guy has a plan, and losing just does not enter this guys mind.

He may act like it will be a learning process in the 1st year, and things may go wrong, Miami may lose, but something about Philbin gives me a feeling, he almost has this "You fan have no idea what your about to witness this year with your Dolphins." To me, I don't think losing is an option with this team, like it was ith all the other HC after Jimmy (Yes that includes Saban).

i think you may be right. Philbin acts like he's been there before and it's not over his head. i liked Tony but his was on the job training. He was not ready for head coach yet.

For those not aware of it Duper had surgery to remove a cancerous tumor back in January. He looked great in his interview.
Best wishes to Super Duper.

Could'nt agree with you more from the first press conference I had a feeling about this guy. He lives and breaths WINNING. This is no cam cameron, I am finally excited about this teams future.

What i like the best is he's not in the least intiminated by his first NFL head coaching gig. He looks and sound extremely confident that he knows exactly what he is doing.
i never had that feeling with Tony who always seemed like it was a little over his head.
On the job training with Parcell's looking over his shoulder then Ireland after that.
i think we are finally in good hands but only time will tell.

I can't wait to see this guy use miller and bush in this offense.

Interesting possibiities. Bush and Miller in the backfield. Bush shifts out to one slot and you have Gates in the other.
That's a lot of 4.3 dudes coming at you at one time. Speed KILLS.
