Tonight there is a conference call for season ticket holders from Coach Philbin what questions would you ask him?

I would ask him what he is planning on doing about right tackle. Also I would ask his thoughts about the pass rush.

Tell him, don't ask him...to draft a QB named Tannehill in Round 1. Take a chance already. Don't wait for senior citizen Weeden or Osweiler in the later rounds.

Don't wait for senior citizen Weeden.

lol since when is being 28 yrs old a ``senior citizen``

what are you, 12 years old or something

hilarious that some people want to draft a running back when all you get is about 5 or 6 years of peak performance IF YOU ARE LUCKY !! After a few short years running backs break down and are not the same - see Ricky and a million other examples. Running backs average less than 4 years in an nfl career yet to some its okay to draft one early ... yet the same people would be unhappy with 7 years of production from a QB - a FAR more and vital position

just hilarious

1. How does he conduct quarterback competitions? Everyone split snaps equally? How early does he like to make a decision?

2. Jon Gruden once talked about extensive QB movement/scrambling drills practiced in Green Bay, more than he's ever seen, will Philbin bring that to Miami?

lol using ricky as an example is pretty hilarious bro. Use another rb, not ricky. Ricky retired for "other" reasons as u all know and even than, he came back to be just as productive for us for another 4-6 seasons. Running backs break down you say? jerome bettis was in the league 15 years and ran strong til his last day. Emmitt smith, barry sanders, LT, marshall faulk, the good runnings backs do last.

I'd not ask any questions about the draft and who we're looking at cause it'd be a waste of time. He's not going to give you any real info about players.

Ozzy rules!!

Not to nitpick here but Sanders career wasnt all that long......

He retired on his own will cause he didnt like the organization he was playin for and they would not trade him. Barry could have played another 6-7 years if he wanted, and he lasted a good 9 years before retiring, thats pretty damn worth it if u ask me.

Philbin said he'll take a look at the Wildcat but would not commit to it. "You never know."

Philbin, who did not call plays at GB, will not call them in Miami. Mike Sherman will call the plays.

Most encouraging nugget to me: Philbin said he'll be more versatile in use of Reggie Bush. "Possibly some at WR .. in different formations."

Philbin was asked by fan what expectations should be for 2012. "Philosophy last 9 years is ... believe we will win every game we play."

Philbin added he is "very optimistic" about the season. Said team has "a lot of character

Philbin said team will likely enter draft with a dozen possible players to select. Dolphins pick No. 8.

Philbin spoke of draft to upgrade WR position but oddly kept mentioning free agency also. Not a lot of UFA talent left out there

Philbin, meantime, said he has great faith and confidence in GM Jeff Ireland and owner Stephen Ross.
