Speaking of his eyes, did anyone else notice how they're aqua color and they match perfectly with the team color accents in his shirt and hat?

The guy is just an absolute pleasure to listen to when discussing his philosophy etc.
If he can coach as well as he speaks we are in for a hell of a ride.
