I just watched his show on local CBS, and Philbin is a different person this year. He is much more at ease, confident, and lees straight faced serious than his first two years. A few tidbits.

On the 5-2 D- We did not draw that up in the sand last week, we have been working on that since April.

On remembering last year's game- It's hard to forget. We have a chance this week to show the AFC East and the NFL the type of team we are.

Cam was on the show. Asked why he did not sit in front of the cooling unit on the sideline- I like the heat and did not want to cool off. His play most certainly did not. :)

Wake is a ****ing beast!

It seems like Philbin in is being himself more and more. It certainly helps the team to be more relaxed and not so uptight.

What did he say about the team's practices this week? Last year, it seemed that whenever he came on the show and said the team had an excellent week of practice, they went out and won the game.

Yeah, I was looking for that but, he said nothing about the week's practice. :(

True story. One other little thing was when he was asked about this being a physical game. He said that it's going to be a very physical game, with both teams getting after each other. It's going to be fun, with a smile. The last part he never comes close to in his first two years. He has learned and adapted.

A few tidbits from the follow up show with an interview with Moreno. He likes what he has seen from players staying after practice, and doing some work on off days. His name came from a combo of his mom's name being Varashawn, and his dad's nickname being knowledge. Something Phinatics have to know, and he said he has been asked about it a lot. :)

His intensity on game day was compared a bit to Marino by the reporters, as being off the charts.

Also saw Tannehill during the game talking to his O on the sideline vs Pats, Yelling that "Those boys can't play with us."
