i'm glad to see Coach Saban returning to Tiger Stadium.:)

Yeah, with his following there we may have a pretty good number of Phin fans at the game.

Hopefully Saban's comfort level there, will rub off also.

I'm thinking about driving up for the game.

I always wanted to go to that stadium.

It wont be nearly as rowdy as it is for LSU games. Its just the college atmosphere thats so intense.

they did this so they could sell more tickets.

NO doesnt even want to play there. :shakeno:

Why don't they want to play there?

And why is it a bad thing to sell more tickets? Or are you just upset that the Dolphins might have a few more fans there?

im not really upset, but the saints have a facility in San Antonio. and they have stated they wanted to play ALL the remaining home games there. but the NFL wanted some games in their home state. and it does not surprise me that the first game is agenst the fins, in their head coaches old stadium.

IMO, they care more about selling tickets than the wishes of the team.

the pregame befor MNF was talking about this. the ESPN guy asked the "reporter" if the NFL had planed that on purpose... and they had "technical difficulties" and cut him off.

hows that for coincidence.

I think the NFL is right especially in this circumstance. The boost to the economy surrounding the game is a big help to a state that is reeling from this disaster. And bringing people together for an event like this is helpful pysohologically for the people that are searching for some relief from all the stress. It provides a focus, and comradarie that gives a pleasant distraction from the real world around them.

Hopefully not too pleasant though...;)

The season ticket holders deserve to have games close to home if at all possible.

If a hurricane wiped out Dolphins stadium, I would not want to go to another state if it was possible to play the games in the Orange Bowl or in one of the other stdiums in Florida.

LSU game

If LSU gets upset in the next few weeks, there will be a lot of LSU fans longing for the "good ol day" of Sabin.
