Maybe it wasn't a whole article about Cobbs but I clearly remember quotes from Sparano saying Cobbs did everything you asked him to and he's versatile and all that.
 
I can understand why a lunch box-carrying guy like Tony would feel that way. Although we hate Wes now, I wouldn't doubt that if he was still here, he'd also be right up there on TS's list.
 
Yeah Sparano mentioned this about a week ago in a presser. It was tweeted by beat writers at the time (hence it feels like old news), but finally a formal article was written on it this week.
 
That's the first time I have heard of Cobbs taking Wildcat snaps as well. That is interesting, although at 5'8" he will definately need to roll out to be able to see.
 
He's probably the backup triggerman if Ronnie goes down?

Not sure if I'd rather have him or Ricky as the triggerman...depends who can throw better I suppose. Both of them can run up the gut (Ricky's better for that I assume) and both of them are quick to the outside as well.
 
Every time this kid touches the ball good things happen. Either it be recieving, returning kicks or even running, he moves the chains. I say anyway to get this guy involved, do it. I love how the article referes it to his own "package"
