Bill Lazor makes a comment towards the end of the interview that really stuck out to me. Commenting on Jarvis Landry he said that every time Jarvis touches the ball he's trying to score...and that's exactly what Hartline is not trying to do hence the 11 career TDs in 5+ seasons.
