That's the bottom line with this coaching staff. Safe, conservative, SOFT. You think philbin goes for that 4th and 1 early in 2nd half in his own territory that harbaugh went for? No chance!! He would have had the punt unit out before you could blink.

And why didn't he challenge that almost safety?? That's worth the risk of losing a timeout, but philbin shows no balls as usual.
