Look we can all sit here and talk about the talent that we have on this team and we all know that we are rebuilding right now and there just isn't a ton of talent on this team. So I'm going to talk about coaching.

1. Play your best freaking players. I know that they want to reward for hard work and so on, but plain and simple. Ronnie is a better runner than Ricky. Ginn is the only reciever that we have that is really a deep threat. Fasano is the best TE that we have, and there is no reason Cobbs should touch the field with Ronnie and Ricky. Who is making the decision to put some of these guys on the field and keep some of them off??

2. The schemes. Boldin being covered by a LB?? I mean what the hell were they even thinking??

3. Will somebody cover Boldin?? I dont care if you have to assign 3 freaking people to cover 1 guy. How do you just let their best reciever run wide open all day long??

I'm sure that you guys have some more examples, feel free to share them.

I realize also that Sparano is a new HC and he is going to have a learning curve just like the players do. Its just not a hard concept to put your best players on the field.

I think on number 3, on his 3rd TD, he actually was covered by 3 freaking people. :rolleyes2:

Apparently it is a hard concept to put only 11 players on the field :shakeno:

Our coaches have NO ability to make adjustments during the game.Yes,this team is lacking in ability but the mental mistakes have to be part of the coaching problems.

2 times 12 people on the field...time to wake up people

Our coaches try to push smart football yet they are making so many stupid decisions between Fasino,Ginn,Cobb,it just never ends.

Time for both players and coaches to look into the mirror and hopefully find some ability to play in the NFL.

At least put out a competitive product...instead of being blown out every game

We lost on the last play of the game last week

I know it's early but I don't think Sparano is the guy to turn this team around in even another year or two. While it looks like he is an improvement over Cameron it still looks like he's in over his head. We need an established coach to deal with this...someone who knows the ropes and has been through it all before.....Here's hoping that one day the Head Coach looks in the mirror and his reflection is......Bill Cowher.

Ronnie is coming off a major injury. Why should they rush him back and risk further injury? If he gets injured again, his career is probably done! It's not like Ronnie would get the ball on every single play and march the Dolphins down the field.

Ginn as a deep threat? How many deep passes has he caught in his tenure so far? Pennington can't make the deep throw. His arm isn't made for it.

Maybe Cobbs is on the field because Ronnie and Ricky needed a rest. They aren't Superman.

2. The schemes. Boldin being covered by a LB?? I mean what the hell were they even thinking??

It was a blitz. The Safety was supposed to pick up Boldin. He blew the coverage. It wasn't designed to have a LB cover Boldin.

3. Will somebody cover Boldin?? I dont care if you have to assign 3 freaking people to cover 1 guy. How do you just let their best reciever run wide open all day long??

Ok, let's look at that. You have three mean on the line. You put three men on Boldin. That leaves only 5 more guys to cover the entire field. You throw in another guy to cover the other receiver, and now you are down to basically 4 guys spread across the field trying to stop them.

You do that, and Larry Fitzgerald or their tight ends would kill us. Or their running backs.
