I havent heard much about any of our coaches so I assume that there wont be any changes . I think we need to do somthing about our special teams and wr corp . ever since wr Coach Robert Ford was let go our wrs have struggled . am I way off base here ?
will we be making any changes with our assistant coaches ?

There was one change to the coaching staff made. Mike Maser, the offensive line coach, was fired and Dave DeGuglielmo was hired to take his place.

I don't see them making any other changes this late in the game(Senior Bowl week is usually an assistant coach hiring ground).

Our WR coach is Karl Dorrell, and I personally believe he did a fantastic job this past year. Look at what he did with relatively no name players and an undrafted free agent. Ginn made a big jump from his rookie year, Camarillo was having a fantastic year before the injury, and the UDFA Bess became a major go to guy. Plus, there has been talk in the past that Henning probably won't stay with the team after the 09' season and that Dorrell would be first in line to become the new OC.

As for Special Teams, John Bonamego was getting a lot of heat early in the year, but he seemed to correct a lot of the coverage problems as the year went on. I think it is worth giving him another year.

I think the one move we made is the only one you will see. However, there are rumors connecting Paul Pasqualoni to the Chiefs head coaching job shall it become open. If he were to take that job, Todd Bowles would likely be promoted to DC and a new Secondary coach would be hired.
