Former tight ends coach Jones off to Oakland

Pat Jones, who had coached the Dolphins' tight ends for the past eight seasons, is leaving the staff to become Oakland's outside linebackers coach.

Also, the Dolphins hired Eric Fears to replace Brad Roll (Buffalo) as assistant strength coach.

he was already moved over from TE coach to "special projects asst.". So this was coming...
