Coaching Staff is to be blamed!!!

I'm sorry but the coaching staff is in way over their heads. You can cry too many injuries or lack of talent all you want this team is not coached up. Why can the patriots fill holes with any scrub off the street and we can't get our bench prepared to play. No adjustments, no sense of urgency or fire on the field or sidelines. I'm sorry this team is just not prepared to play. I have been a fan for 47 years and have stuck suck by this team through thick and thin but I just can't do it anymore. If the team doesn't seem to care about winning why should I support them. Mr. Ross if you can't hire competent football minds to run your team then please for the sake of the fans that want something to cheer for, sell the team. I hate the fact that after 5 weeks our season is over. Peace out dolfans and thanks for letting me vent.
 
Young and inexperienced. That seems to be Ross's formula for coaches. You think he would have learned after Philbin
 
A combination of a weak roster and terrible coaching get you the worst team in the league. Which is what the Dolphins are now.
 
This ballclub needs stability in a vet HC before it gambles on wannabes.

Gase is closer to Cam Cameron than Philbin. And that's taking into account that both Gase and Philbin were overrated offensive clipboard holders for future HOF QBs.

Swing and a miss on another coaching search. Should have hired a vet but alas, Ross stuck his nose in football decisions again.
 
I don't think a capable vet coach would work under this circus without full control and as long as Tannenbaum is in charge.
 
Gase looks in over his head big time. If you fire Tannenbaum the coach has to go with him. No more half measures.
 
Just said this in another thread. Gase better step it up by right now he's being out classed in every aspect of the game by every team. Nobody even cares and it shows. Oline lets 4 people converge on the QB before he gets to his 2nd read....and they stand there. Not one of them even helped him up....not one! Just stood there and watched him.

This is the most unprepared team in the league without question.
 
Definitely inexperienced and it doesn't help the team is void of much player leadership. But to evaluate the coaching staff with the talent on this team is like evaluating a chef who isn't given any ingredients to cook with.

Coach Campbell last year during all the controversy whether Tannehill could audible or not said in the past Tannehill was given freedom in the past and it affected his play. When those freedom's were removed he started playing better. It seemed that Gase being hired as HC was almost conditional the Tannehill be involved in game-planning and audible privileges. Seems to be a big mistake.
 
How does Gase bench players for performing badly, and today in his presser said that Ryan absolutely gets the start every game for the rest of the season? How does this help anything?
 
I could understand if the team had no talent at all and found ways to lose, but this team is not even competing. They don't even look like they are trying.

That's a farce.

I cook gourmet meals on the daily with a minimal budget at Aldis.

Why? Because despite being a retired professional chef, with a wife who is a successful physician with a surplus income, I still enjoy and choose the limitations & challenges it provides in keeping my mental and physical skills sharp.

Gase is a ****ing fraud.

RT gets smashed on every drop back. Yelling at those guys does nothing. Even the players know the situation is futile.

People are acting like well respected coaches would want to come to this franchise.
Forget Ross, what intelligent coach was going to say...Awesome, I'm going to go sign and work with lame duck Ireland or Tannenbaum the failure?
I'd argue that they've crippled themselves and created a position only desirable to those desperate for a HC position and/or just looking for a payday. Again, why would anyone else have come here during the past two searches?

Honestly I was surprised Gase even took the job since there was some demand for his services.
As much as some people hate him at the moment, I'd put money on the fact that Gase wishes he wasn't in Miami either.
Did you hear the post-Cinn. Press conference? He mine as well just said, "This roster is **** from top to bottom and I had no idea it was this bad."
