Cobbs was all smiles and without crutches, to the astonishment of wide receiver and event host Greg Camarillo.
Camarillo hosted Kids and Fins last year shortly before he suffered a tear of his ACL, beginning a long, painful process to get back on the field.
“He’s impressive, man,” Camarillo said of the 26-year-old Cobbs. “There’s not a doubt in my mind he’ll be back to his full form.
“He’s walking around. He’s making me and Ronnie (Brown, who tore his ACL in 2007) look bad. We were on crutches still at this point.”
