It didn't matter last year in Game 7 so I'll take this with a grain of salt!

It might have mattered in a wild card tiebreaker if Cleveland had to go on the road but they won the coin toss and are at home.
A young team in a hostile enviorment, maybe you rattle them. But they won the toss so take that notion and throw it out the window.

Why not instead of a coin toss give it to the team with the best head to head record? Granted right now it would still go to the Yankees but it gives a random game in April or May mean something. Ah what do I know anyway?
