You know the Dolphins are and really always have been a pretty streaky team… There is something to this thought for sure… As we are pretty young team still and one of the reasons that most coaches defer is valid - that is the opportunity to get the ball 1st in the second half. The fact that most coaches do this is proof that it’s a valuable tool. I have thought about this also and am hoping we do win the toss and defer. Appreciate the post
