The Reporter who broke the story is on..

This is strange.. Her "Source" called her to ask if the Broncos were interested in Ricky, and said they may not be now because he violated the drug policy..

She wont say if it was a skipped test or a failed test becsause of the source..

But she stressed it could be a skipped test.. To me, it sounds liike a skipped test to me though.

If its a skipped test why did his mom say he probally failed due to something he takes for yoga?

Im sure she knows when her son left for India.....The more I think, the more I think he probally failed a test

By the way...never trust cold pizza on anything, its less reliable than a jets fan

His mom was just speculating.. and the tests arent scheduled, so she wouldnt know if there was a conflict there.. Jason Cole just said Ricky had told him after the NE game that he was going back to India this offseason,

The mother had no idea whether he took a test or not, she just knew he was in India and was confident he wouldn't get a positive on a test for marijuana. Then she said if anything it would be for the yoga supplements.

Doesn't matter. He gets a year for either....... a failed or skipped test. he agreed to take up to 10 random tests each month while still in the NFL.

Yes, but there is hope for an appeal if he merely missed one..

this is all crap no facts available yet.
If he missed a test because he was out of the country he can appeal.

because his mom prob dont know if u skip a test its the same as failing one :rolleyes2

I think it's time to let Ricky just walk away in the sunset. He is becoming too much of a distraction for this team. Even if he just missed a test and want's to appeal. How much time is that going to take and the players will be hounded about it everyday. Sure he is a great back but this team doesn't need this garbage anymore.

Based on what? When has the NFL ever over turned a similar situation?

As far as I know they are very strict with the drug program. It has the support of the NFL and the players union as well. Wicky knew the rules. A responsible human being would not have missed this test if they gave a darn about their job.

Wicky is acting like the classic druggie.

The classic druggie gives up drugs, changes his life completely, makes a remarkable come back, asks for forgiveness and makes it thru an entire football season clean only to suddenly give up his current philosophy and get high a few weeks into his personal life away from work? Huh?

I go for a missed test due to him uh, not being in the country?!?

Again, a responsible person would have made sure they were there to pee. His actions make me feel he is still doing drugs. This is how druggies act.

Responsible? He's in another country, most likely with no cell phone, no mail and no computer. Why would he care, in his personal time during the offseason on a pilgrimage of sorts, about what happens back in the states? Nothing to do with druggie behavior, it's about personal privacy and personal priorities.
