It sounds like Ireland is having a hard time finding employment in the NFL. The fact that he's leaked out a document about the amount of rookies that he drafted that played from 2010-2012 makes it seem that way to me.

hawks, he is best friends with the GM. Now the assistant GM is gone he will walk into the job, then after a few more seahawks winning seasons he will be a hot gm candidate again lol

The Seahawks hired him as a draft consultant and may keep him on board. Although im not sure why they would hire him as a draft consultant seeing he was horrible at drafting.

I was just about to say this. If Ireland consulted on their draft, and this is what they got, well they got what they asked for. If Seattle's goal is to be 8-8 he's your man.
