Football night in America just started and they rode Collinsworth pretty hard because he chose the jets. As I continue to watch there is no mention of us. what do we have to do to get some credit? ESPN and NBC givin us no love-GREAT. Next Monday they all have to explain how they missed the AFC east champs for the entire year.

Watching NFL Network and Deion Sanders still picks the Jets over us next week saying that the Jets didn't have any pressure to win today, and next week against us they will and always play great under pressure. I guess in Deion's world the Jets control their own destiny.

They.. they do.

That's because Collinsworth said the Jets might be the best team in the AFC, after they beat the Titans. Even when it happened, he said he'd probably regret it.

I enjoy their laughing about how stupid it was to have any faith in the Jets.

Actually the Patriots control their destiny now. If the Pats win next week the Jets are eliminated no matter what they do.

This is inaccurate. If Baltimore wins and Miami wins, New England goes home no matter what they do.

(Wait...by "their," do you mean the Jets's destiny or the Patriots destiny? I'm gonna have some more eggnog.)

this was my point earlier today that espn ignored us and fox sports kept talking about cedric Benson's big day. I didnt know that cinci was playoff bound.

the big question is when is the dolphins going to get some former players into the media. we need for it to happen to drown out chris I am a prick berman.

No pressure to win today? Has anyone bothered to remind that moron how the playoff system works? How could the Jets NOT have any pressure to win today....afterall, they were only TIED for first place in the AFCE. Nope, no pressure there.

what a great situation this time of year

The thing that cemented Collinsworth's idiocy forever in my opinion in something he said way back in 1993. When Rick Mirer made his first TD pass for Seattle, Collinsworth blurted out, "Joe Montana, move over!" I mean, the only similarities that exist between Mirer and Montana is that they both graduated from Notre Dame and they're both bipeds. After that, the similarities kinda end.
