Colts announce Andrew Luck will miss 2-6 weeks

Adam Schefter@AdamSchefter 5m5 minutes ago Andrew Luck: partial tear of an ab muscle and a laceration in 1 kidney. Out 2-6 weeks, per team. Albert Breer ‏@AlbertBreer 11m11 minutes ago Colts announce Andrew Luck will miss 2-6 weeks with a scary sounding abdominal injury ...
Ouch! He's really gotten beat up this year. If he is out 6 weeks, that could make the AFC South title race a little more interesting.

Just imagine what the winner of that divisions record could be?, and all the teams they will likely pick in front of- despite being a division winner and in the playoffs.

IIRC playoff teams are placed in the 21-32 range for the draft, depending on when they are eliminated from playoffs.

That division is a crap shoot, NFL needs to fix that, none of those teams deserve to be in the playoffs, much less have a home game. Luck will more than likely be back for the Dolphins games depending on severity.

Wasn't aware of that but makes sense, just never gave it that much thought to be honest .... of course Luck will be playing in our game...

Teams that didn’t qualify for the playoffs are assigned draft slots 1-20. The order is determined by the standings at the end of the regular season: The club with the worst record will pick first, and the one with the best record will pick 20th.

And Romo

Something about the south divisions that say 7 wins is acceptable to win the division with Carolina last year and now the AFC.

It doesn't seem right especially when it leaves the better teams out of the playoffs. Although, I wouldn't mind it as much if the entire AFCE stunk. It would be nice to see the Dolphins competing for a division title again.
