The Colts can also work out a contract with Andrew Luck RIGHT NOW if they wish to do so and don't have to wait until Draft Day as they have the number one pick. I think it is clear Peyton Manning will not be playing in Indy come the Fall.

With all that has happened...the firing of the GM, the coach, and the statements coming from Irsay, I would say the decision is made.
They are just waiting to the very last moment to make the announcement to protect themselves. They will not pay Peyton.
The starting QB for the Colts will be Andrew Luck.
Peyton Manning will likely land in Miami.

I think Manning's mind is made up even if Irsays is not.
