Colts give Jonathan Taylor permission to be Traded

All this RB talk this spring and summer has been such BS. I honestly believe Grier was never serious about upgrading the RB room. I am sorry but he has had to many misses if all the rumors have been true. Swift, Barkley, Jacobs, Cook, and Taylor. You mean to tell me 0-5. Why would anybody believe he really tried? He has never wanted to upgrade the RB or OL positions. All this shows me he hasn't changed one bit!!!!!
I agree with you. I never understood why some of the fan base, swear by Grier. He's been here for such a long time, and what has he given us? No playoff wins just hope! Same every year, Grier teases us with a "spectacular" trade, meanwhile the result is still the same every year. Our team fighting for a wildcard spot.

The good news here is that patience wins out.

The fact is we can still acquire Taylor during the season after seeing how our team looks first.

This also keeps open the door for making an in-season trade pre deadline, which actually makes more sense anyway but I can definitely say I wanted the player today.

Still, we cleared cap space today, so that’s always a good thing.

Colts only made it worse😂

Short of giving him the highest contract in the league they'll never get out of this hole...and even then he'll still hold resentment deep inside.

I wouldn't be shocked if these talks pick back up leading up to the trade deadline, depending on how the running game is looking
