Colts give Jonathan Taylor permission to be Traded

Makes sense.

If the rumored deal of Ogbah and a 2nd was the offer its a solid deal for both sides.

I am not excited about giving up a 1st unless they are willing to send back their 2nd or take additional contracts so we can shed cap.

Miami doesn't need Taylor. But by God, they would vastly improve if they get him ad it'd worth overspending just a bit IMO if necessary.

Philly having 2 2's is the worry here for me
The problem with a first is that if Tua goes down early we could be sitting top 10

Indy will surely wait until Tuesday to see if another team can make a better offer

That's not showing any respect to the Dolphins fans who can't wait til Tuesday. We've had multiple posters say this needs to end now because the anxiety is too much for them.

Imagine being the Indy fan waiting to find out where Taylor is going to end up and your stuck with 50% comp guy for a few years.

It's crazy as I'm torn a bit. Acquiring a talent such as JT would be so intriguing, reminiscent of the RW days which I still relish and of course Czonk. The other side of me, maybe the big head side says we have a deep and very capable stable of backs so why give up anything more? I guess I'm ok with whatever happens. If we don't get him I would think a RB in next year's draft will be a strong priority.

That's been my guess. Then they either take the offer or try to dig their heels in to F**k JT. It's going to suck for my fantasy draft on Sunday. I have Mostert as a late potential pick (but his value goes down if we add JT). JT's value if he stays in Indy is basically zero, but he's worth the late 2nd round ADP if he's traded to a good situation.

The anxiety of a few fans with the patience of a young school girl has always been the least of my concerns.

Ya, I always wondered what some of these guys were like as kids leading up to Christmas.

The only thing I typically can't wait for (but ultimately have no choice) is the draft. Those last few days leading up to it are excruciating but even then, it has a set time where it begins and its typically over way too fast.

the hardest thing to wait for has been getting tix to see Ozzy and then having to wait two months for the actual concert
