Colts give Jonathan Taylor permission to be Traded

I will said up here in the midwest in the dead winter, I wouldn't mind someone else pumping my gas. I've experienced wind chills of 50 below.
I can fully understand why individuals who live in extremely cold weather would want someone else to pump their gas.

He has 5,000 followers.

Do the math
It appears someone is just trying to increase his followers but probably has zero information as to what is actually happening.
The problem with the internet is anyone can post something and claim they have inside information.

Lol true.

Bets were hedged for both sides.

No harm if he's wrong, but tried to tell yah if he's right

If Schefter is correct and the Colts won't be trading Taylor, I'm not sure they are going to see Taylor play for them this year. The Colts screwed themselves but making up an injury for Taylor. Perfect out for him to sit back, say he's hurt, collect his $5 million and force their hand again at the trade deadline or in the offseason.
Where are you getting that the Colts made up an injury for Taylor? If Taylor sits out all year he doesn’t get credit for this season. He has to be eligible to play at least 6 games for this season to count on his contract. He can play 6 and fake another injury, but that doesn’t help him get paid. He claims he is injured - whether he is or not is pure speculation. There is literally no reason the Colts would “make up” an injury for him. If he wasn’t claiming he is injured he would be on the practice field or getting fined as he is under contract.

He gets credit being on PUP I believe.

When they played stupid ball with his phantom back injury, that gave him and his ankle all the motivation to "still not be ready"

Irsay started strong. But it's how you finish that counts. He screwed this Taylor situation up like Justin Herbert in a 2nd half of a playoff game

Taylor, Jacobs want money close to top of market value. McCaffery makes 14 million a year. History shows paying a RB that much money is not the way to win a Superbowl.

Elite quarterbacks are obviously the answer, a high priced mega talented running back will only help an up and coming quarterback.

I don’t think fans generally point to “high priced RBs as the answer” it’s just that it IS one of our two weakest position groups and some generally elite players are getting connected with us…

Put differently, if someone offered you a Ferrari “within budget” when you have a perfectly fine Nissan Altima… all the sudden, you LOVE Ferrari’s, don’t you?
