How the hell does Winters give them the 1st down without even measuring?

Winters will get a call from New York this week without a doubt.
 
That call was laughable. Not even measuring, I just laughed that's how bad that call was.
 
How does Winters give that a first down on the spot. Ridiculous judgement on his part and you know he was not going to reverse his own call.

To be honest though, it does'nt bother me watching the Colts lose, I hate them that much, almost as much as the Pats...LOL!

stuff like that happens when you penalize defenders for everything they do to QB, especially to the NFL darling.
