after starting the season with 13 straight victories they were looking like superbowl favorites and then they lose to the Steelers in the 1st game of the postseason for them. Don't get me wrong the Steelers are a good team but the Colts shouldn't have lost to the first team they played in the postseason. And this season was their best shot. E.James, R.Wayne, D.Thornton, C.June, R.Brock, G.Brackett, M.Vanderjagt, J.Mungro, R.Morris, R.Mathis and some others are all FAs. Alot of their FAs were starters, they may be able to re-sign most of them but they will lose at least a few starters. they will be a different team next season and will be worst

I dont think they will be worse. They will pick up a LB or 2. They will resign Edge or Wayne, and pick up someone else to replace the one they lose. This season was a failure because they were going for the superbowl, not the Playoffs. The fell short of their goal.

yea but everything just went downhill with them after they beat the Jaguars. Everyone was starting to crown them as undefeated... then San Diego comes in and beats them in their own building... then the tragedy to the Dungy family... then their starters get basically 3 weeks of bench time. They were just emotionally and mentally tired. I hope Dungy and Peyton get what they deserve because they are both class acts with talent. One day... after the Dolphins of course :D... I hope they get a Superbowl championship.

look at this list

Aaron Moorehead WR RFA
Brad Pyatt WR RFA
Cato June LB RFA
David Thornton LB UFA
Edgerrin James RB UFA
Gary Brackett LB RFA
Gerome Sapp S RFA
James Mungro FB UFA
Joseph Jefferson S UFA
Keith O'Neil LB RFA
Larry Tripplett DT UFA
Makoa Freitas OT RFA
Mike Vanderjagt PK UFA
Raheem Brock DE UFA
Reggie Wayne WR UFA
Rob Morris LB UFA
Robert Mathis DE RFA
Rocky Calmus LB UFA
Troy Walters WR UFA

all are FAs, there's no way they are not worse next season and I would say they did a bad job of managing personal to let so many become FAs at the same time
