Come on dolphin fans, Saban WAKE up!

I really dont care what anybody has to say, if gus continues to be our starter we will continue to lose. I cant believe people still blame penalties and lack of running game. Let me tell you this if gus hits three of his 15 bad throws we win even with all the penalties and with all the turnovers. The running game same ****, people are lining up with 9 people in the box what does that mean they know gus sucks, and until we can pass they will still put 9 in the box. They are daring us to pass and we just cant there is always someone open and gus never even sees him. Now to talk about our ruunning game yes gus is also the one to blame, becuase until he can pass the teams we play will continue to dare our passing game and not even the best OL and the best RB cant run against nine in the box. So Gus lovers, love on, but expect a losing season again, and expect everyone to keep making fun of him and our offense!

I'm no Gus lover, but I don't think there's anything to really be done about it this year. I would estatic if none of our current QBs were on the roster next September though.

I disagree....

When you have two RB's like Ricky / Ronnie, you make the running game your priority in game planning....

Our strength is at the RB position, not at QB or WR. That's why getting the running game going is more important than replacing Gus at this stage IMO...

The running game opens up the passing game. And although it works vice-versa, our strength is at RB more so than anywhere else on offense....

Gus is not the greatest QB in the league but he is the best on our team. I see some posters wanting Sage to start, if that were to happen and he had a bad game then we would see posts about how he needs more time with the 1st team. There would be excuses upon excuses why he didn't do good. If we were to win 3 straight I would be willing to bet all these "gus sucks" threads would go away.

Did you watch Saban's press conference yesterday? That didn't look calm to me.

Sadly though, our running game is already setting up the pass. People are stacking the box against the run... and we're still not producing in the passing game to back them off.

I do agree though, that it's pointless to replace Gus now.

I don't recall him putting the blame on any one position in particular. He blamed the team, and Gus is part of said team.

Perhaps my memory is fading though... I better go watch it again.
