Think back a little bit here. Go back to that game against Buffalo when we fell behind 21-0 in the first quarter. Salvage how you felt being down by 20 with just 15 minutes left to play. I was in such a bad mood thinking that we may end up picking in the top 5 again in the draft. I thought there was no way we could have a winning season as we were just 15 minutes from falling to 4-8.

Now, my question is. How much of this franchise's turn around, can we attribute to this game itself?

I can just imagine Nick on the sideline rallying the troops. I GUARENTEE, that if Wannsted was our coach in that game, we would have lost. We would have probably finished the season with 5 or 6 wins. Saban had differnt plans however. He has installed a no quit attitude into this team and the players are buying into his system.

Nick Saban has been a huge peice in the turn around of this franchise and that game just proved it. It showed the character of the players and the staff. I love what he has done and I believe he has completed the 180 degree turn for the Miami Dolphins.

Oh in case you forgot, we went on to win the next 4 games and finished 9-7! :)

Thoughts?

That was the greatest comeback i remember me going crazy because on the post game show they didn't put who won the game

I wish NFl network did game of the week for that, but you can't blame them since Buffalo and Miami had losing records when they played each other in that game. I think Miami and Buffalo were both 4-7.

that is the greatest game ive ever seen. When we fell 21-0 my dad who is a luke warm dolphin fan said the dolphins suck and stopped watching the game. I watched the whole game and dident tell him we were coming back, i waited till we won then i ran out screeming my head off and rubbed it in his face...good times. Also i think that was one of the major reason we won the remaining 4 games.

i remember that game so well i was at the local sports bar up her in charlotte, my cousin and i only phins fan in there sitting next to about 6 bills fans none stop going wow JP LOSMAN pro bowler all the way. it was so sweet at the end as we walked out talking about there JP LOSMAN MVP.

i remember that im in gamecast live and the final chamber td didnt apear

Yeah me too. I remember just going banannas when Chambers had that like 50 some yard reception then Miami stalled inside the 10 but scored on 4th down. I was so nervous when they failed on 1st 2nd and 3rd down. That was a great day.

Yeah both teams were 4-7. Miami ended up 9-7 and Buffalo ended up 5-11. :)

yea I truly feel that nfl network should at least rebroadcast that game hands down that was probably top 5 most exciting game of 05 who cares if we both had losing records at that point. Even you werent a fan of both teams that game was exciting and entertaining.

I was going NUTS. When I was watching gamecast I saw Chambers go all the way inside the 20, then we stoppe inside the 10 and Im like "O crap just like the end of the New England Game we're gunna have 1st and goal and not score" then out of no where CHAMBERS SCORED, wow good times, good times.

I was at Beef O'Brady's watching that game after church getting my usual HOT wings....but my stomach could not enjoy them when after one TD, then another TD and yet another TD to the SAME GUY happened, all with in a relatively short span. I was losing my appetite.
.
By the time I drove home (where the game was NOT on TV here in Orlando), I, being the slave of a fin fan that I am, had to watch the the debacle on ESPN's gmae center, where they update the little window every so many seconds. Pitiful, huh? I also splurged for NFL radio on the Internet and listened as first RW scored and then Sage and Chambers took over.
.
By the end of hte game I was screaming and everyone in my house thoughtI was nuts. What a great comeback. An almost impossible comeback!

That game WAS big in the turnaround and showed the team that Saban's philosophy could work. It was a HUGE game for us. And yes, if Wannidiot was here we would have lost that game.

In Saban We Trust!
