Commentary: 2005 Positional Grades: RB/WR/TE

Good article. I hope we manage to keep Sammy Morris, he's an unsung warrior on our team. I think Boston could be back since he'll have more time to rest that knee of his and there aren't any other interested teams. He's only making the minimum and he's had a 54 yd reception this season, meaning there's still some shot left in him. The trainers should just find ways to strengthen that injury to keep him on the field.

The article looks real good, but I don't think Ronnie Brown runs upright at all. I think his pad level is actually one of his biggest strengths.

We do not have a 6th round pick this year. We gave it to San Diego to obtain Cleo Lemons.

What is it with all the love for Chad Greenway ? It seems everyone is adamant on picking him at number 16 but some think he's not even the best LB on his team, with Abdul Hodge taking that honor.

I'll take Michael Huff if he's there over him any day of the week. What Lebeau did with Polamalu today, is a prime example of the importance of a quality safety. On the other end, Sanders was exposed in coverage. We need that type of big hitter back there.

"I can say without any hesitation that if Sammy is the best third stringer, then Minor is far and away the top forth stringer in the league.".........that was kind of dumb

Love the draft if we go with Cutler in the first and Darnell Bing in the 2nd. I think we can get a LB and CB in FA. Peterson or Withrspoon and Clements? :D

Pretty good analysis, but I dissagree with your assesment of Welker...I agree that he wore down some and it affected his returns, but I think he is better suited as a returner and 4th WR and we should develop another WR as our #3...he will continue to get worn down as the season goes on next year as well. He isn't that big, he isn't that fast. You want a tall, big WR or a speedy shifty guy as your #3, Welker is neither. He isn't particularly fast and is a small guy even for a reciever...

DB Michael Huff- Excellent DB that helped Texas upset the Trojans. Mike is a solid tackler with the ability to play both safety & corner. If it comes down to him and Greenway, the Fins won’t lose with either player.

THATS GOTTA BE OUR NUMBER 1 PICK

I agree, unless Cutler is still available. I don't think he will be but if he is I would like Cutler on my team. But Huff really showed that he can play ball and I think he would be a great addition to our pretty weak secondary...

I take it you cant identify "tongue-in-cheek" humor when you see it?

I look at Wes as another Crebet ... even though they didnt use Wayne much on special teams. But I disagree with your assessment of a #3 slot ... that position more often than not profiles as a smaller, quicker player that can find seems in zone coverage ... which fits Wes very well and why he had so much success when use in that capacity.
