Chris Koffman (CKParrotHead) has previewed this week's game exclusively for Finheaven.com and his article appears on the front page www.finheaven.com.

What do you think of CK's take on the game this week!

CK, I'm jealous of your skillz!! Awesome job bro!!!

Let's go Miami Dolphins!!!!!!!!

very well done. i do think the jets will make more plays in the passing game though and put up more than 14 points.

you pretty much hit every concern i have going into this game. i really believe the jets will find ways to exploit roth in coverage with keller vertically. i think they're licking their chops at the opportunity.

the only thing i didn't see you mention was the return game of the jets with leon washington returning kicks. i think that's a huge weapon that must be accounted for considering carpenter hasn't exactly been kicking the ball deep on kickoffs which would help negate washingtons return prospects and the coverage units haven't been what they were cracked up to be to date.

washingtons a heck of a kick returner.

CK you make it fun to visit the forum more well thought out stuff.

I thought about it. But, honestly, the Jets are vulnerable to returns by Ted Ginn as well...so I kind of thought this aspect could end up a wash.

Excellent post CK. I think if there is a time where we can come out looking good it is in the season opener against a division rival who is in the same boat as us. I am sure the Jet's offense with Favre at the helm has just as many uncertainties as we do with Pennington. I look for both teams to run a ball control game, with more rushing than throwing. The nice thing is Pennington has gone up against the Jet's D for years and he should know what the Jets will attempt to run against him. I think this gives us the edge. I see us winning a close one:

Phins 20
Jets 17
