cam is a very smart coach he knows what he is doing

A coach doesn't have yell or bully players to be a disciplinarian. In fact, that kind of bullying can backfire: there was probably no more undisciplined team last season than the NY Giants under infamous bully -- er, I mean, coach -- Tom Coughlin.

By contrast, the Bills set a team record for the fewest penalties and were well up in the league standings in this category under quiet, never-flustered, even-keel Dick Jauron who never had a bad word to say about any of his players.

The Bills great discipline must be the reason they won so many games last year.

As long as Cameron improves the offense and lets Capers handle the defense, it's all good.
