Commentary: Dolphins’ road warriors play to win the game

Excellent read Dr. Z. In particular I love Linehan moving down to the sidelines and his new "FTS" mentality.

Thanks Steve, nice read. I liked this about the o-line, well said;
The offensive line. It’s time to say it: Hudson Houck is worth every penny the Dolphins are paying him, and then some. From pass protection to run blocking, the O-line’s work ethic and performance have far surpassed reasonable expectations. Sunday’s game was the most recent and, perhaps, clearest example.

One thing I meant to add but forgot in my deadline frenzy was that the o-line penalties are way down. I may be wrong, but I don't remember seeing a single false start or hold Sunday.

Good read...Hudson Houck is a god send.

Good game, I hope Brown can hold on to the ball this week because he was running well as usual but those two turnovers hurt

I wouldn't worry about Ronnie. I think his fumbles against Oakland were aberrations, not the start of a trend.

I agree, during the game I remember thinking that we have just trusted the game to the runningback more likely to fumble when it became Ricky'r turn to run.

Nice read Steve, I thinks it also important to note that Hudson Houck is here because of Nick Saban.

Part of evaluating the head coach in this case is also evaluating the staff he surrounds himself with.

I will say this however, and I will totally understand if I get a resounding, "yeah, right" -- I wonder how much of Ricky's fumbilitis was a symptom of his larger emotional problems.

actually i get nervous when i see Ronnie run. the guy always has one hand on the ball especially in a crowd. I am not surprised with the turnovers from Ronnie, i am more surprised there haven't been more. I want him to hold onto the rock with two hands in a crowd. I love the way he runs, his toughness and everything but he has to be more carfeul with the ball.

Guys he's fumbled 3 times in 11 games, I wouldn't worry too much, especially given this is his rookie year.

3 times and in all 3 cases they were critical points in the game. Even though i think in Buffalo that was not a fumble. But also remember in the 5th game Ricky was back so that also would of brought down his carries. WHo knows if he carried more he would fumble more or not, but i do think if he carries the ball the way he does you will see more defenses trying to strip the ball.

And I'm sure the money didn't hurt.:lol:
