I remember that Pats game very well (94'). The TD pass he threw to Fryar was on 4th and 6th. I remember after the game my dad telling me only Marino had the balls to launch a bomb on 4th and 6. If I'm wrong (which would shock me), then feel free to say "I told you so."

I think you're probably right; all I remembered was that it was fourth down at midfield. Now that I think about it, I think 4th and 6 is probably right.

So which way will I remember the Marino Era? It should be obvious. The man was the greatest player in Dolphins history, and the best quarterback in NFL history. In a just and fair world, he would have a Super Bowl ring, but in the end, it doesn’t take away anything from his legacy.
