Commentary: The Dolfans Survival Guide to Buffalo

It's kind of hard to read, maybe my computer is being ridiculous, but it is all kind of slammed together somehow.

Yeah, that's not how I submitted it. Muck, can we get back to the Word format I originally had?

Geez Phil... how do you expect us to read that? :goof:

Phil - a great tourist's guide to Bills football... I enjoyed every word!

Good read, Phil... and accurate to my experience attending a game there. I was certainly surprised at the traffic situation. The stadium is almost in the middle of a neighborhood... with what I recall as a 1 lane road leading out. We finally got tired of waiting in line and stopped at a restaurant along the road. I can't vouch for your review of Buffalo itself though, as we opted to stay at a really awesome hotel in Niagra Falls, CA. Great, great view of the falls and only about 30-40 minutes away (we didn't hit any traffic on the bridge). I went to the game by myself... and aside from some heckling, I was otherwise unharmed. It was our 2003 creaming of the Bills though, so that might have had something to do with it... the fans got really quiet really quick. And yes, for some reason the Phin fans sit in the endzone area... that's where I sat and we very nearly outnumbered the Bills fans in the section.

I think somebody went in there after me and touched something. :smackhead When I left it this morning, it was immaculate. :)

Oh, man...I think something is wrong with the system, Muck. My article was screwed up as well when I submitted it.

Looks fine to me. :)

Oh, good...is it going to be posted soon?

(Sorry to hijack your thread, Phil, but mine is time-sensitive...and considering how much time it's going to take for people to read it all, I'd like it to be up soon! )

Oh, and that is one of the best lines from one of the best movies ever.

EDIT: Uh-oh, it's still screwed up...badly...

Much better, thanks, Muck!

The only thing I can think of for why the end zones are so Phin-friendly is that the seats between the 20s, in the lower levels are almost entirely season ticket holders. This leaves the 300 levels and the end zones. I'm guessing that most Dolfans think like I do: avoid the 300 sections. That leaves the end zone seats.
