Some of the player comments after the game make me wonder.

''Last year I'd go home after a game so mad I couldn't talk to my wife in the car,'' tight end Randy McMichael said after Sunday's season-opening victory.

Now, I've defended Randy to those that call him a wife beater, and he's one of my favorite players on the team...but comments like that aren't going to help anything. Let's avoid talking about anger and your wife in the same sentence for a while, ok?

''I just blur my vision so I'm just looking past the guard and into the backfield,'' Thomas explained. ``I don't let myself focus on the running back alone because that's how you get out of position. I blur my vision so I can see everybody at once.''

Now, this ether proves Miami fans are correct, and Zach is in fact Superman, complete with X-Ray vision that lets him see through people, or maybe those concussions are starting to linger. After a game that good, however, I'm voting for the first one. Here's hoping Mawae has lost those kryptonite shoulder pads, or at least that Traylor counts as lead shielding.

Nothing really bad about McMike's comment, but you're right about the timing.

Kind of like OJ saying he was going to 'take a stab' at getting back together with Nicole.

:D

excellent sense of humor though. That was very funny.

I thought the EXACT same thing when I read McMike's comments. I used to get
so angry after games. I'd be on my way home in the car with my wife, and she'd have to wear my helmet!

Hopefully Traylor can keep Mawae off of our LB's. He is huge and played awesome yesterday. People should NOT over look how well Traylor played yesterday.

did you guys hear what mike tyson had to say to O.J. Simpson while they were playing basketball the other day? Mike Tyson said " come now O.J. let me chew your ear for a moment." then he said how does that new glove fit now?

I used to get so angry after the game. I'd be on my way home in the car with my wife, that when we got home she'd have to wear my sun glasses. While I got down with some Ike and Tina Turner.
