I have been banned from the VIP forum by WarfRat. You can see the complaints (which I believe are reasonable and were never, in any way, discussed or clarified by the administrator/moderator) I posted in the rules/regulations thread.

WarfRat offered a complete refund and I sent him a Private Message to discuss my complaint- which was responed to without a dialogue of the complaint itself, but with a personal problem he "may" have with me.

I do not believe I have done anything to warrant a banning from the VIP forum. I have paid for one years use of the forum and I have adhered to the rules/regulations of the forum. If a refund, which was offered to me BY WarfRat cannot be given, then full access to the VIP forum should be reinstated - provided that I adhere to the rules/regulations given at the time that I paid for access.

If WarfRat has a problem with me, he can ignore my posts or not respond to me in private. If he is a moderator of that forum then he has a responsibility to respond, respectfully I would hope, with any/all complaints and deal with them in a respectfull manner. He has chosen not to do this, and is now taking it personal with me by banning my access to a section of the FinHeaven forums which I paid to have access to. He needs to provide an adequate reason for this, or a full refund of what I paid for the VIP forum access.

Since this message was sent I have yet to hear from Wharfrat regarding access to the VIP forum which I paid for (one year of use), grounds for the denial of access to the forum, nor the refund that he offered to me.

I'm sorry that you feel that your complaint wasn't handled well enough.

We feel that we went out of our way to try and appease you and once you started saying diffrent things privately than what you were saying publicly, we decided that the best thing for all involved was to cut ties.

You will receive a pro-rated portion of your membership fees returned to you, as soon as you give us information as to how you would like that to happen.
 
I know for a fact that you were not and will not be offered a full refund. That is an out-and-out lie. Wharf's original post stated, "we can gladly refund the unused balance to you". You know this. And you will not be granted access back into VIP.

You have been a VIP member for nearly 8 months (8/10/05). You were one of the first members to sign up. And only this week did you voice a complaint regarding that forum (3/28/06). I don't know of a single product on the planet that offers a full money-back guarantee 8 months after purchase. Heck, you're lucky if you get ANYTHING 8 months after purchase.

We created a poll regarding your public (VIP) complaint. Your resolution was voted against by 97.2% of the VIPs who participated.

I know what was said in PM. You were not the seemingly content party you were in the voting thread. Far from it. Once again you are misrepresenting what has actually taken place even though your incorrect "assumptions" were directly rebutted, as has been your MO when issues have arisen here over the years. There is no logic or reasoning. Only personal affronts towards you. Unfortunately, the victim card was played out long ago. It is no longer clever.

This issue has been discussed at length with you. If you have any other questions, contact us via email or PM. In the meantime, we'll be the "bigger man" and refund you the prorated portion of your membership.
 
Also, I'd like to add, that I have no problem with you personally at all, merely the tactics you attempt to use.

I can certainly make public the PM exchange, if that's what you really want, however, that would certainly not help your "case" much. In fact, they'll expose yet another attempted deception...as you were not "banned" from VIP...you asked to be removed.

I do not feel the need to apologize for pointing out the double standards, and contradictions between what you posted publicly, and what you PMd to me, so I won't.

Also, as has been said, I never once offered you a full refund. In fact, I never garaunteed a refund at all. What I did say, was that I doubt you would get a full refund, if any, and that I'd get back to you when a decision was made.

Now that you've pushed the envelope, and been aprised of the decision. I'll consider this issue is closed.
