I don't mind him on the team. My only point is he would be the 6th or 7th best lineman on most teams. If Long doesn't start hes our best and its not even really close.

Not every guard is a pulling guard.

Thats not his game.

What I did see, is nobody blowing him up either in the pass game or run game. I did see him getting to the second level to smack some lniebackers, then I saw him play very well at Center when he needed to, and that included taking on line calls.
He is a solid LG, not a pulling guard, but that doesnt mean hes not a good Guard.

There it is the "your not a real fan/go find a new team". Anytime someone dares question the front office no matter how right or how the facts prove the point they are not "true fans". I love it makes me smile everytime, of course I am not a real fan so don't worry about anything I say. Keep the blind faith no matter how bad it gets just like when Cam was here.

It;s just football dude no real bearing on my life...I would love to see my team win, but I guess I'm not as hardcore as you. I will be around here all season..We shall see how this thing unfolds.
 
don't at all like the will allen cut. he could have at least got us a draft pick if nothing else. we shelf him for 2 straight years only to cut him when he's finally healthy? strategery.

your left guard is your primary pulling guard...he can't pull worth a hoot...he's more your straight ahead mauler type...playing out of position...should be at right guard

He sucks he is not solid! It just so happens that our center RG and rt get blown up more then him spit isn't as noticeable!

Not blind..Never liked the Cam hire, didn't like the Ginn draft and I damn sure didn't want Quinn. I just think something good is happening now. Call it what you want but I can't wait to see the final product.

Yep, that is true. We just dont have ANYBODY else. I don't put that on him though. He was solid last year. I didnt see any stupid penalties, and I saw him and Jake form plenty of pocket for Henne.

Best scenario would be to bring Gurode in, shift Pouncey to Left and Rotten Richie to Rg....then we just need to find a RT....
