Troy's stock will hinge on the National Championship game. Right now he is not very high on any boards. If he pulls a Vince Young, he could then go in round 1. JaMarcus Russell from LSU is a Junior who (if he declares) would likely be the second QB picked in the 2007 draft. Either way Smith could very easily be available at the 10th overall pick.
