Here are some key observations from this morning's practice:

1) Tannehill Looks Comfortable - What I see from fourth-year quarterback Ryan Tannehill is a player that has extreme confidence in his abilities and command of this offense. Tannehill finally looks like just playing the position, from his footwork to ball handling, to his decisiveness when delivering the football. The majority of his passes over three days, and yes even the deep ball, has been on target. He's allowing the receivers to make routine catches and giving them run after the catch opportunities.

2) D-Line Is Loaded - The presence of Ndamukong Suh has been tremendous and will elevate this entire group, but this unit is more than just Suh. As a group, the defensive front looks fast and very athletic, having the chance to dominate and disrupt offensive schemes. It's a given that Cameron Wake, Olivier Vernon and Earl Mitchell just add to the problems for the opposition, but this unit has depth. When you add Terrence Fede's athleticism, Derrick Shelby versatility and the passing rushing of Chris McCain, the group can get after in multiple ways!

3) Receivers Pushing Each Other - The first day it was Michael Preston emerging, then came http://www.miamidolphins.com/multim...s-Flight/c8ca7cc3-0171-4a12-8f4e-f1dbaf6c6fe0LaRon Byrd's strong performance. Today it was more about the group playing with consistency. Rishard Matthews started things off on the first play of the one-on-one drill running under a Tannehill deep ball with ease. Jarvis Landry took a bubble screen in stride and went untouched for 15 yards on the first play of the team drill. Greg Jennings and Kenny Stills have proven difficult to deal with because of their route running skills and how they make every route the same to the defender. This group's talent fits well within the scheme of this offense so I would expect this group to continue to excel and push one another throughout camp.

I went to this practice. I saw Tannehill actually have some swagger

yesterday? Landry and Tannehill have a chemistry. I saw Albert and Parker limping, but I'm no dr. I hear Albert was in pads today. I will say up close, Parker is a lot thicker than I thought. One other camp surprise to look out for - LaMichael James.

Thanks for notes - Man we have alot of starting caliber RB's right now it seems.

at least we have depth at a position!
Great point. I see James as a situational back and ST. But you never know, he was productive at Oregon.

Tannehill MUST take a big step forward this season. We need to see over 30 TD passes and fewer interceptions. Also need to see him hit the deep ball more often and take complete command of the offense as a top QB would.

I had Ben Roethlisberger as my fantasy football QB last year, but I am going to try and snag Tanny this year as he is looking at 4500+ yards passing, 35 TD's, and he also can probably rush for 400 yards which is huge in my league.

Can u imagine 35 tds with 8 interceptions.I really want to see him make a drive with the game on the line like the great ones do. Maybe people would finally give him some credit. I think he can do it this year

35 TDs and 8 ints would be a great season for Tannehill. Throw in 4,500 yards passing with him putting the offense on his shoulders and win some games in the 4th quarter. Then we will have something!!

It's easy to pinpoint the people that develop their analysis from watching BSPN and playing fantasy football. . . ^
