In another two to three years when the Raiders' roster is fully gutted of all the players he brought in via draft, FA, & resigned and replaced with Gruden guys and the record(s) reflect it, fans of the Raiders and fans around the league will realize what a job he did with that team. So here is to hoping he helps our franchise steer in the right direction when needed.
