Give us all the smack LOL... congrats on your win hope ya get to he play offs .. i got a night of ear bashing from the wife now for she is a fins fan.

Your D played well but sims for us was diabolical as was roman ... we had chances to score TD's and failed and that what cost us in the end.

I was scared to death the whole second half. Singletary is seriously a good coach. He kept composure and adjusted to own us after the first half.
I really like Hill. He's smart and allusive. He just needs to work on his mechanics and he could be something to work with until you get a real QB of the future (not Alex Smith).

as I said in another thread, Hill kept the 9ers in the game. We were getting a lot of pressure at times, and Hill avoided the sacks. Had JT O'Sullivan been starting, we would've had a lot more sacks.

Really, had it not been for a poor start, the 9ers would be in the playoff discussion.

I didn't talk smack before the game, I won't do it now. Martz has once again proven heis scheme is tough to contain. Do you 49er fans see any similarity between the combo of Martz and Singletary and Ditka and Ryan? I do. Even without Gore you gave us all we could handle. Your defense played very well and if this game had been plaed in SF I believe it would have been a 49ers win. You guy's have a lot to look forward too. Good luck the rest of the year and during the off season.
 
Your all true gents and i thank you for the kind way in which you have responded to this thread. With a good draft and a few good FA signings i think we will be looking at challenging for the play offs next year. I agree i hope we keep coach sing although i still have doubts about some of martz play calling.
Anyway i will leave you Fins to your forums and once again wish you the best of luck with your play off ambitions...
 
I underestimated shuan hill a little bit... I didn't think he was as good as he performed. In the end, a inexperianced QB will get shakey, and i guess thats what happened.

You guys did good and you have some real weapons on offense, if you guys can score in the redzone more you'll be a force. You guys got to the goal line like 3 or 4 times on us ..

Next year I think you guys will be up there with real contenders, I just don't see any reason why you wouldn't.. you have a great coach and tons of talent there

It's great to have such good sports from other teams post on the boards. Congrats to a well fought fight, you all gave us as much as we could handle.

we brought heat all day, i wouldn't say he wilted at all under pressure. i was impressed.
