Congrats to Dan From a Jet Fan

I always admired Dan although I never liked him(on the field) b/c he was a rival. As a young QB growing up I looked up to Dan and in my opinion he was the best QB of all time(Imagine how hard it is to say that coming from a Jet fan). I enjoyed his induction yesterday and thought his Son did a great job w/ his speech as well as Dan. He killed us time and again, every time he was on the field I was scared a TD was coming. I just wanted to add my little comment in, Congrats again to #13!

Id imagine it wouldnt be to hard for a Jet fan to admit to Dan being the best ever as he threw more TD's against the Jets than any QB has against any team in the history of the game. Its nice to see a Jet fan give Danny his due though. Wow I never thought I would say this but I now see all Jet fans arent Idiots. Well at least one anyway.

And to think your organization passed on him to select Ken O'Brien. I think Jets fans have never forgiven that front office for that move. Marino could very well have ended up a Jet (shudder to think about it).
 
Classy post. I'm sure it was difficult to say. I guess we all have players we hate on Sunday(because they play for a rival), but we would jump at the opportunity to have them join our team.

I don't know what the girl was doing but she got run over! Runner didn't look up till the last second....too late!

Yeah it was a tough few mos, first we lose to you in the AFC ttile Game in January then we pass on Dan in April. :(
 
My wife and I watched the Ceremony yesterday and I was really impressed by Dan and his son. They both gave great speaches.

Dan Marino is one of the greatest and every Dolphin fan should be very proud of such an amazing QB and person who represents your team so well.

Congrats to yet another Dolphins HoF inductee.
