Ok so the receiver spot is in flux. Wallace may be back or gone. Hartline restructures or is gone. Gibson pfft cut him. Matthews while cheap is always in the doghouse they may move on. So lets just say hypothetically Landry and Hazel are your only safe bets. Pick two draft picks and two free agents to reasonably replace them on the roster and give Tanny some decent targets with catch radius's bigger than a a hamster.

Mine:
Kenny Britt/Nate Washington Kevin White/Philip Dorsett
 
Wouldn't be terribly mad about those options.. BUT as far as receiver goes; I truly truly hope we don't do the idiot thing of getting rid of Wallace. If both Hartline and Gibson end up going, we could still use multiple receivers any way you slice it.

If we're just going fantasy land-
-keep Wallace
-sign Crabtree
-draft 2 receivers. One of them being Dorsett. Looks like he has talent.. but for the other draftee, I'm not sure. Depends whos there and when. DGB is intriguing if white isnt there; but at 14?

some other fa's: Britt, Washington, Cecil Shorts (injury history is scary there), and I think there are 2 big tall guys from oakland that honestly aren't too bad and I think would be an upgrade from Hartline. I mean, if Hartline is willing to restructure and be here cheap fine, but I can't stand how much he's paid


this will be one of the most interesting off seasons in a long time i think

the only thing is we need to keep Wallace and I firmly believe he will be with us in 2015... future after that not sure, but we need him big time for the near future.
Hartline I dont think is worth bringing back even if re-structured, and bye bye Gibson!!!

So I am Wallace and Matthews, and in the draft I wouldnt mind taking white high, but I dont think he will be there for us at #14. DGB is too scary right now for me... so I am thinking as of now filling other spots earlier in the draft and draft a Justin Hardy from ECU and Phillip Dorsett from Miami (which would be really tough around 3/4 rounds) so more or less I think a Justin Hardy and Tre McBride would be more realistic.

Wallace/Hardy/Dorsett/Matthews/Hazel or
Wallace/Hardy/Matthews/McBride/Hazel
 
Well , I'd like to have our lineup be

Cooper
Landry
Dorsett
Any Proffesional Veteran for presence more than anything else

P. Dorsett

I'm not sure that's the best draft value available, but it I were selling out on WRs...
 
Go full potato and tell Wallace to go **** himself.

Keep Hartline and Gibson. Sign Cobb and Shorts for cheap. Draft White and Dorsett.

No way on Gods green earth do I pay Gibson and Hartline almost $10 million next season for shat production
Heck Landry had better production than both COMBINED

Both Hartline and Gibson should be charged with theft
 
Wallace is retained for one more year. The cap hit/contract situation dictates it.
Landry is back, obviously.
Hartline will restructure.
I would love Kevin White, but think he will be gone; so, my guess for our six top WR's next year are:
Wallace Hartline Landry Jaelen Strong, 2nd Round Pick, Matthews, Hazel
We will sign a cheap vet that will end up getting cut. I think we have too many other holes to draft 2 WRs. Maybe an UDFA WR makes some noise, but I could never even begin to make a guess on someone like that.

Just draft D. Green Beckham and then Tony Lippett in the 4th round.We shouldn't overpay for any free agent WR's when we have other needs,, especially on defense.
 
Like most I want Wallace back. I would double down on WR's in the draft. I like many of them. I like Dorsett, White, Parker, Cooper, Beckham, Fenchess to name a few. Realistically we could take White or Parker at 14 or maybe trade down a few picks and take Beckham or Dorsett. My wish list would be White at 14 and Beckham or Fenchess with our 2nd pick.

As far as FA's ... don't think we have the money to sign any except Nicks which if we did then we need to release Gibson and Hartline. Personally I like Hartline as a possession receiver. Say what you will but his hands are normally very good and he knows how to move the chains. To keep him though I would need to restructure his contract.

So all that to say:
Keep Wallace and Hartline and Hazel
Add White and Beckham from the draft and Nicks in FA
