So i was thinkin today, you know what team our offense is A LOT ALIKE? The Kansas City Cheifs.

Running backs- Kansas City features Preist Holmes with Larry Johnson on the side. A very good combo who can power you and finnesse you. They both also catch the ball out of the backfield very well.... Miami has the best rookie in the NFL in Ronnie Brown with Ricky on the side. They have the same power and speed combo as KC. The only difference is KC runs TONS of screens and thats not Miami's personel.

Wide Recievers- KC has some good ones but no one great. Kenneison is a GREAT compliment off Tony Gonzalez. Boerighter, Parker, and Hall are all decent for a couple of catches a game. But none of them need to do much because of the load that Holmes, Johnson, and Gonzalez carry..... Miami could do the exact same with Chambers(who IMO is still a tremendous talent), Booker, and Welker. Just give the bulk to Brown, Williams, and McMichael. Next would be Chambers, and an occasional pitch and catch to Welker and Booker.

Tight End- Now Im not saying McMike is Tony Gonzalez. But he is a tremedous athlete and coud very easily be considerd a top 3 TE in the league

O-Line- KCs is great, ours is decent... thats a differnce

Quarterback- This is the one thing we're missing. Trent Green is a SUPER pocket passer who checks down quick and gets his hot reads going and can really toss the deep ball. So get the Dolphins a smart, strong armed, veteran quarterback...

My point is the KC offense has been tops in the league the last several years. We have a lot of the same type of personel as them. Get a quarterback, run often, get the Tight end involved OFTEN, and go to the WR's when necessary.. thats my blueprint to offensive sucess

They scored 3 points against Buffalo..I'll pass.

When healthy, KC has one of the best veteran offensive lines in the league. We don't. KC is a west coast team. We're not. Very different.

After the 2 RB's...the comparisons end IMO.

so you dont think mcmike can be a feature guy in an offense. you dont thikn the teams recieving crews are similar. ours is better IMO. the O-Line is very differnt i will admit cuz their unit is great ours is decent. so IMO the only dif is the the O-Line and QB

McMike can be the feature guy but he's not as good as Gonzalez. I'd rather have Kennison over Chambers. But Booker over whoever they have at #2. I'd rather have Dante over Welker.

The system is vastly different.we run double reverses on 3rd and 9,they don't.besides that,K/C runs a west coast offense,we're more a chuck and duck. :D

We need Pro Bowl OLinemen, which we don't have and that's hard to come by. Plus, KC can make it to the playoffs but that's it. All that money on offense can mean that defense suffers. It's better to have balance like the Colts. Now there's an offense to drool over. Great QB, Good O-Line, 3 Pro Bowl caliber WRs (Booker and Boston were Pro Bowlers with cruddy QBs), 2 good RBs. If they had McMike they'd be even more unstoppable.

Running Backs make the offensive line better... If we ran more we could have OL in the probowl too (maybe.) But yeah, I agree with us needing to use our personel alot like KC does theirs.

we need to get a young stud in here.

no more old crappy qb's starting here. im sick of it.

remember kids.....i before e except after c......cheifs??? no....chiefs??? yes!!! this post is brought to you by the number 13. man we miss that number.....and no..not jake scott...lol.
