In terms of a fanchise tag, If Drew Bress signs the Franchise Tag, can a team offer draft picks? And if so, The saints will either have to match it or take the draft picks? is this right? If so, how many of you would actually want Drew Bress instead, I would give up the picks since he is proven and still has more years the manning does.

No. That's only for a "Restricted Free Agent tender". It's all very confusing, way over my head. But that's one of the few things that I DO know.

Dolphins can sign him to an offer sheet and if Saints refuse to match they get the Fins 2012 and 2013 1st round picks.

Saints tagged Brees with an EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS Franchise Tag, that means NO other teams can try and sign him.

He will either play for the Saints in 2012 or no one else.
