As a slot guy he'd be great, on the boundary not so sure...was he miscast in STL? Plus he seems like a better fit for press man

I have always liked Finnegan. I like that he plays with an edge. He was struggling a little with the Rams last season before he was injured. I would love this signing if the Dolphins feel he is a scheme fit and they feel he still can play at a fairly high level.

I was surprised that his form went downhill pretty fast. A couple of years ago he played with great attitude - a real competitor. Could be a good value.

He was really really bad last year.
If he's willing to sign a cotract that's doesn't even guarantee him a roster spot I guess it's worth a shot. He looked like a shell of himself last year after looking really good the year before, not sure what happened.

HAYDEN IS CORRECT, HE IS SWAGGER and he IS a disrupter. he is a scrapper and we can use him. nolan carrol isnt a wart on finnegans arse even at his current age. AND I'M GLAD HE IS GONE!!
WE CAN NOT COLLECT ENOUGH db's, at least ones with game. and if theres nothing left in the tank, he wont get signed. hickey has booted guys like carroll who soak up money and rob a space where a new talent can be put to upgrade.
finnegan has been one of my fav db's for years. he is on my f/a want list i have posted. if he still has game, even for a year, that would be a GREAT signing!!
