I think he'd be a good fit here. Miami needs a hard-*** who knows how to put a tough, aggressive offense together. Coughlin fits that bill. Sure, Jacksonville did a pretty bad job managing the salary cap, but they at least got to an AFC Championship game recently.
He made it to the AFC championship and that's it, nothing after that.
His rough style wears on players very quickly. This team is not in a position like Indy where all they needed was a defensive minded coach to help them get on track while maintaining their existing offensive coaching staff.
We need to start from scratch. Get rid of both the offensive and defensive coaching staffs. Cut or restructure some of the defensive stars on the team and allocate more money to offense.
