Could be worse...in my opinion

It could be worse. We could be 0-4 with an injured inept QB, no running game, and no defense ... Oh wait, it can't be any worse.

Offense: Dolphins Ranked 16th...Bottom five: 49er's (3-1), Chiefs (1-3), Jaguars (1-3), Colts(0-3), Seahawks (1-3) 49er's are a surprise at 3-1, Cheifs if weren't for injuries would be better, Jaguars shouldnt have gotten rid of Garrard, Colts should have had a better backup QB, and the Seahawks just kinda suck.

I guess what im trying to say is that, there a good teams that are just as bad as us and there are bad teams that are worse than us. Look at "the dream team"...they are 1-3 and they were supposed to have the best defense in the league and they havent really shown up.

Timing is of the essence and i think that this bye week came at a more perfect time, get davis, misi, thomas, and henne all healed up and give them pleanty of time to get it drilled into their heads that they need to step it up. There is no reason that a game should be decided by "one henne int" or "a brandon marshall dropped td"...a team is full of people that need to make plays together and step it up together...never should be decided by a mistake by one person.

Oh and we should be on the dolphins bandwagon to win, not the luck bandwagon to suck....doesnt make sense at all that a fan would want their team to lose with only 4 games down in a season of 16.....

The only stat I really give a **** about is 0-4. Further, all you have to do is watch the games to see how bad we are from the coaching decisions to the players execution, it's godawful. And comparing us to the Packers based on stats...jesus.

I seriously lose faith in humanity when I read stuff like this. Its like we just keep putting our hand on the hot stove year after year and rig up fancy ways to keep it from happening again instead of doing the obvious and just not putting our hands on the stove. Seriously. Just look at our last decade. If you can sit there with a straight face and say we need to address other positions first, I have no idea what to tell you. Experience should have given you a far more profound lesson than I ever could in a post.

Luck is the goods and the real deal, and he will be a Top 5 QB for a very long time in the NFL. Andrew Luck is a mix of John Elway and Peyton Manning. Anyone who'd rather see a boring and uneventful 7-9 season instead of 15 years with Luck under center is an idiot. And I don't call them fans of the team and franchise.

This team hasn't won a damn playoff game in over a decade trying to build teams with defense and a running game. With Marino, a real QB, we at least had a chance and some hope.. and playoff appearances were routine. And hell, that was during a time when QB's weren't as important as they are today with all the rule changes that cater to the passing game. You'd think by now that people would "get it".. but what do you expect from kids
 
I don't disagree that QB is the most important player on the field. Just saying I think he needs to be able to count to more than 2 mississippi before being crushed by a DL or LB. If they don't seriously upgrade the OL for next season a rookie QB any rookie QB will be on the DL by game 3.

I'm not a defender of any of the people you named. As far as I'm concerned there are no real keepers on the team that the new regime should forced fed. But even if you fire the entire team do you really want to pin the success of the team on an unproven rookie? That hope B.S. is not a measure of success. Hope and $1.50 might get you a cup of coffee at Mickey D's but I don't think it will cause anyone to open up their wallet and buy a season ticket package.
I made the mistake of buying season tickets this year, I won't be making that mistake next year. I am now a resident of Missouri, FL in other words "show me." Show me measurable progress in wins and losses. Hope and a rookie QB ain't gonna get it done.
 
Dolphins suck big time. Don't worry they will have top 3 draft pick and there will be plenty of QB's available for our new HC to pick from.
